The Carew Office is located in Carew Medical Park at 1818 Carew Street. You can access Carew Street either from Lake Avenue or East State Boulevard. Carew Medical Park is a three-story building located on the east side of Carew Street. From Carew Street, you can access the building from the attached parking garage from the north and south entrances or you can access the first floor from the front entrance. Our office is located on the first floor in Suite 160, and is handicap accessible.
